We hope that you will like XBOUTON products and fully satisfy with your purchase. Our goal is to ensure you have a good shopping experience and have value for your money. That's why we always want to hear about your purchase experience with XBOUTON.

If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, please let us know immediately. We will endeavor our best to resolve your concerns whatever it may be. We want you to feel happy after your shopping at XBOUTON.

Before we go into the nitty-gritty of returns, we want you to know that we’re sad that you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received. We will still work with you to make returns so easy. In the end we'll appreciate your feedback to help us make our product & services better next time.

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. If you want to return or exchange your purchase, you need to do so within 14 days of purchase. we are unable to offer a refund or exchange post 14 days of your purchase.

We try our best to accept all items returned to us, however, please observe our policy as follows: 

General Return/Exchange Policy

  • Orders must be returned to us within 14 days from date of purchase (as indicated on your invoice). Returns outside this period will not be entertained in any circumstances.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition. This means the garments must be unworn & unwashed, have all tags and have no makeup, stains or strong odors.
  • No returns or exchange for items on sale.
  • Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them to us. We are not responsible for any item put in the package by mistake that do not belongs to the XBOUTON.
  • We do not cover the cost of return shipping. It is recommended to use a shipping service with tracking. XBOUTON is not liable for any packages lost in transit while return. All items are inspected by our staff upon arrival.

Initiating Return/Exchange

  • You can click here to initiate your return/exchange request OR you can send us an email at stating your request. If it is return, please specify reason for return. If it is exchange, please specify product, size and color you have ordered and new product, size and color you are after.
  • The email title must state your order number, your full name and the word RETURN or EXCHANGE. For example – ORDER NUMBER (2222233)  – SMITH WILLIAMS– RETURN or EXCHANGE.
  • Before initiating exchange we would encourage you to check website for stock checking OR alternatively, you can message us on WhatsApp at +61 2 9679 9584.
  • All products require returns/exchanges must be sent by post at below address:

  • Please drop a note in the package specifying your order number and if you are looking for RETURN or EXCHANGE. Please also write your full name and address for return/exchange package to be sent. Returns that do not include a return note will be returned back to sender.

How the returns/ exchange processed

  • Most returns are processed within 24hrs after we receive your package. However it may take 5 to 7 business days for funds to appear in your bank account.
  • We’ll issue the refund to your original way you paid for the order. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • If you would like to convert your refund amount to equal credit points, we will add 5 additional credit points in your account as a Thank You Gift. For example if you have made shopping of AUD50 but you have returned the product. Instead of refund of AUD50 you want to convert this to credit point than we'll add  55Credit points into your account which you can use for shopping next time. (1Credit point = 1AUD)

 Order Cancellation

We try to process orders as quickly as possible to ensure products can be delivered on time. If you want to cancel an order after it is placed, please write to us immediately to avoid any disappoint. 

  • No charges will be there for orders cancelled before shipping. Your card will not be charged and the amount will reflect in your bank account as per your bank's policy.
  • Once the order is shipped, you can return the product as per Return policy and ask for refund.
