What can be returned or exchanged?

Items must be returned in their original new condition and after getting confirmation from us through email or WhatsApp; the item must be unworn & unwashed, have all tags intact and have no makeup, animal/human hairs, dander, deodorant, stains or strong odours etc.

How the refund for the returned items be processed?

Refunds of all kinds are always processed back to the original payment method only

  • It generally takes us up to 5-7 business days to process a refund. Once the refund is processed on our end, you will receive an email confirmation.
  • For returned items needing a refund, the package must first be processed at our end after we receive your package. It usually takes about 10 days to receive your package and handle refund. In some unusual events, it may take longer than expected.
  • In the unlikely event that you haven’t received an email after the time frame shown above, please Contact us through email/WhatsApp, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Is there any return handling fee for the return or exchange?

There is no return handling fee to be charged by XBOUTON. However, customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost for any return/exchange request.
