We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free standard shipping Australia vide for all the orders. There is no minimum amount spend required. Our goal is to offer you the best shipping option and ensure that your orders are delivered as quickly as possible.

SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

XBOUTON is not liable for any package lost due to incorrect address placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made by you at no charge.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fee charged by customs at destination country. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and depending upon the destination country's custom rules, custom/duty fee may be charged when they arrive at destination country 

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time varies by location. They are calculated at the time of checkout. Most of the orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 24hrs. Orders placed on weekend will be shipped on next working/business day.

 *All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays at destination country.

 TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. It may take 48hrs for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us through email at helpdesk@xbouton.com.au Or by calling/Whatsapp messaging to our customer friendly team at +61 2 9679 9584.  PACKAGING

If possible we try to combine all products from same order into single package. However depending upon the product size and to maintain the quality, some products may be sent in separate packages.
